We have an amazing opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our team in Carrickmacross. You'll be responsible for all HR administration on site and supporting the team with a range of HR activities. Some of your Key Responsibilities will include: Being a SAP Super user - maintaining and updating employee information on SAP and CORE systems. Weekly & monthly KPI reporting on site and for submission centrally in addition to ad hoc queries and reports for the HR team. Managing HR filing system and taking responsibility for audit and data protection compliance. Managing eligibility to work compliance. Managing end to end recruitment admin, adverts, interview packs, contracts, induction, new starters. Dealing with day to day HR queries from employees & management in a timely and professional manner. Participating in project work and lead/manage certain projects. Managing monthly payroll changes. Processing invoices. Processing and recording all maternity, excused, force majeure, parental and paternity leave applications. Processing annual Long Service Awards. Managing the exit process for leavers. Preparing weekly absence report for Senior Management and Occupational Health. Essential Requirements: Relevant Business Related Degree Qualification, ideally in HR. Proven track record in a similar role. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience in a fast paced environment and flexibility. Good knowledge of employment legislation. Confident and conscientious with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
