What you need to know. Matrix Recruitment is working closely with their Client a food client in. the Co. Cavan region in the recruitment of a Quality Documentation Specialist. This is a permanent position and you will report to the Quality Manager. Your new job. Updating, generation, maintenance & issuing of Customer documentation that includes as core SAQ’s Specifications & Certifications. Liaise with the departmental supervisors on areas of product improvement and corrective actions. Review batch records QC/QA test data and support release of finished product. Assisting and cover for the site Quality Systems & Quality Managers where necessary. Pro-active in resolving customer issues by forwarding necessary reports, results, etc. In conjunction with site management facilitate solutions to quality and technical issues. Ensuring that all associated Quality data and documentation is complete & maintained accordingly. What are we looking for? A 3rd level qualification in a scientific or technical discipline. Demonstrate a high level of technical ability and attention to detail. Proficient in GMP and quality systems audit. Good problem solving skills. Good communication skills and strong teamwork capabilities. Previous experience in Quality or Food Safety Management Systems with Food, Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical Industry.
