Description

Financial Administrator. Travel and Subsistence. Contract Role until Dec 2018. Location - Monaghan or Dublin City. The role is to support a busy financial control team, with primary focus on the travel & subsistence function within accounts payable. Duties& Responsible. Review and authorisation of monthly travel & subsistence claims. Assist with the delivery of travel & subsistence training. Setting up new claimants on systems. Assist in the development of monthly management reports. Support team to deliver all financial functions in a timely and efficient manner. Provide support to the accounts payable function. Co-ordination of petty cash for all offices. Provide administration support to the Risk Management function. Participation in the annual business planning process. Any other duties within the general requirement of the role which may be required from time to time. Ideal Candidate. 4-5 years financial/administration experience. Proficient in use of integrated financial accounting systems Experience of working within a framework of confidentially. Proficient in MS packages e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook. Desirable.
