Our client has developed an excellent reputation in their field for offsite construction and delivering projects for a variety of clients throughout Ireland & the UK. They are looking for an additional Project Engineer/PM/CAD Technician to play a key role in their continued success. Your position will offer great scope for variety and challenge. It would ideally suit a professional with around 5-10 years of experience and someone who is versatile to turn their hand to any task required. You would need to be a highly organised and motivated individual with effective communication skills as you will have front end communication with clients. In addition to your technical skills, we would also be looking for a good work ethic and a commitment to achieving excellence for both your own career and the benefit of the company. The position will involve: Working on a range of offsite projects and liaising directly with clients. Providing support and working with a range of in-house design and technical departments to bring all the work together effectively. Ensuring that all drawing requirements are completed on time and in accordance with the associated deadlines. Managing in-house and external meetings and keeping all stakeholders updated with progress. Management of internal team and ensuring that work is running to schedule. Ability to work with CAD and ensure detailing is accurate and up to date. Desired Skills and Experience: Proficient in CAD and strong system skills. Strong communication and leadership capabilities. Strong planning and organisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Requirements: Ideally around 5 - 10 years of experience but open on more or less years if you have the right background and desire to succeed. ­Ability to work as part of a team & also on own initiative. ­Excellent focus on client service and very strong communication skills.
