Do you want to be a key influence and partner with the site Leadership Team at our ready meals manufacturing facility in Carrickmacross to drive business goals through a focus on people? Coach and ensure managers are equipped to manage their teams and support them with advice, processes and information. Develop the HR agenda and HR plan in line with HR Agenda for manufacturing and Supply Chain. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES. Coach and support Site GM and senior management team on building people capability, managing people risk and ensuring the employee experience enables them to meet their goals. Develop a Site HR agenda and Plan to support. Lead the HR Team, develop the Site Leadership Team on an ongoing basis and support the development of High Performing Teams at all levels on the site. Provide guidance to Site Managers on the implementation of policies, procedures and legal requirements. Advise and assist in the resolution of Line Manager queries. Implement Kerry Foods initiatives to deliver strategic people/HR priorities and implement standard policies and procedures at site. Manage the employee engagement programme and liaise with the Communication champion (if this is not their own role too. Manage succession planning and headcount. Manage salaried pay processes and benefits within remit. Overseeing the site performance management process and ensure there is a consistent approach and valuable conversations recorded on PDP. Ensure Individual development plans in place at appropriate levels and manage the L&D plan for the site. Manage employee and industrial relations including grievance, discipline, suspension, negotiations, consultations, tribunal claims and relationships with local trade union. Flexible working requests etc. Liaise with Shared HR Administration Manager/Team leads to ensure site HR administration is delivered efficiently. Manage on site administration as necessary including the delivery of relevant site HR reports and metrics. Manage site HR master schedule and budget. WHO WE NEED. Education. HR CIPD qualification to degree level with minimum 3-5 years post qualification experience as a HR manager. Technical. Proven HR Management experience gained in a fast moving, commercially focussed environment. Strong Employee Relations skills including experience gained within a unionised environment. Proven experience in developing the leadership capability through coaching and management development. Track record of guiding and influencing a Leadership team. Proven track record of developing and applying HR policies and procedures. Experience of the control of an overhead budget. Experienced in implementing high performing teams approaches. Experience gained working with FMCG or Food Manufacturing would be desirable. Behavioural. Relationship building. Influential and credible. Challenges and supports.
