UHT Product / Process Specialist DMG54286. We are looking to speak to UHT Product / Process Specialists who have a background working with UHT products, and ideally cream. An exciting opportunity exists with a leading Global FMCG Company for a new role in Process Development. Our client supplies global markets with high grade UHT products and are looking to add to their existing team. The role will work within a cross functional team, ensuring that the best possible product is manufactured and delivered to their global client base. Ideal Candidate: Degree in Food Science, Production or Engineering. 5 years plus in UHT Cream production. Excellent overall knowledge of UHT processes, quality and production management. Strong Commercial Acumen with strong leadership and people management skills. Experience working in cGMP, Lean manufacturing environments. This is an immediate role and will attract candidates who have the requirements as listed.
